VIEWING VISITS

The best way to really appreciate what this area of Spain possesses and to see the real value for money these properties offer, is to book a Viewing Visit with us.

It's easy : Simply book your flight to San Javier, Murcia Airport (MJV) and we shall collect you and take you around at a leisurely pace. No hurry, you look, you buy if you wish. We take you back to the airport for your return trip. You are the only people on a Viewing Visit - you're not herded around with other people or confined to a hotel, unable to venture out.

We recommend that you spend 3 - 5 days with us.

You have a choice of accommodation :

1. Self - catering :

The house, a 2 - bedroom maisonette is owned by Eurabia Property Services and is 4 minutes drive from San Javier Airport, 1 minute's walk from the shopping centre, 10 minutes to the beach and close to several golf courses and other facilities.

The facilities in this accommodation include air conditioning/heating, satellite television with 34 UK channels (Sky News, BBC, ITV, UKGold, Sports, History, etc.) washing machine, ironing board, 2 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and other items.

The cost for accommodation starts at £30 per person for 3 days - Further information on request. We recommend that you book well in advance.

2. Bed and Breakfast :

We can also arrange bed and breakfast accommodation from £25 per night (£35 ensuite with balcony) including evening meal in a homely establishment with access to a golf course (5 minutes walk) pool and other amenities. If you require more information, please e-mail or phone us.

3. Hotel :

Or, if you wish to stay in a 4-Star Hotel, just a few minutes walk from the beach, near cafes, restaurants, newsagents and other facilities, please contact us : prices vary according to season and availability.

The cost of travel and accommodation is refunded up to a maximum of £250 per person for anyone buying properties from this site.
